Foundation Sixty6
This project, completed through Fanshawe's Interactive Media Design program, involved working closely with real clients to create a digital solution targeting individuals with mental health issues, specifically Bipolar Disorder, Schizophrenia, and Psychosis. The website utilizes Vue.JS and Laravel Lumen PHP to build dynamic front-end and back-end content.
Problems & Solutions:
The project faced numerous challenges, notably the overwhelming number of forms required for different purposes (contact, newsletter, volunteer, doctor, etc.). To streamline this, we consolidated all forms into a single location and implemented a ticker at the top to cycle through the relevant form for each user, ensuring ease of use without overwhelming them.Features & Functionality:
The project boasts a variety of features, including animations, donation buttons, and live trackers. A standout feature is the "bricks" section, where each donor can write a personalized message on a virtual brick, which remains permanently displayed on the site. This unique element not only enhances user engagement but also fosters a sense of community and lasting impact.Skills:
Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effect, HTML, CSS, SASS, JavaScript, Vue.JS, Laravel Lumen PHP, RESTful API
